FontField is a retro arcade game inspired by Qix and Volfied. A specimen rendered in a mystery Google Font is hidden beneath a covered field. Move along the safe border, cut into the covered area to capture territory, and each captured region reveals part of the hidden font. Dodge the “font bugs” that patrol the uncovered field — if one touches your active cut, you lose it.
Open the guess panel at any time and name the font. The less you have revealed when you guess correctly, the bigger the bonus. It is typography training disguised as a reflex game.
